Digital Product Refund Policy

 

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (instant downloads), all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. By purchasing, you acknowledge that refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to meet device/software requirements

  • Unauthorized sharing of download links (see Terms & Conditions)

2. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be granted in the following cases:

A. Undelivered Products

  • If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment confirmation, contact [support@bestpracticenurse.com] with your transaction ID. We will verify delivery status and either resend the link or issue a refund if unresolved.

B. Technical Defects

  • Report corrupted/unusable files within 48 hours of download. We will provide replacement files free of charge. If unresolved after three replacement attempts, a refund may be issued.

C. Legal Requirements

  • Refunds are processed where mandated by consumer protection laws (e.g., EU Directive 2019/771 for faulty digital content).

 

3. Non-Qualifying Requests

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Exceeding the three-attempt download limit (see Shipping Policy)

  • Failure to download within the 30-day link expiration window

  • Loss of files due to device failure or user error

  • Disagreement with clinical content (materials are educational, not prescriptive)

4. Refund Process

  • Step 1: Contact [support@bestpracticenurse.com] within 7 days of purchase.

  • Step 2: Provide proof of purchase (transaction ID) and details of the issue.

  • Step 3: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Note: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

5. Data Handling

  • Approved refunds trigger automatic deletion of download access logs (retained otherwise for 6 years per Privacy Policy).

  • Purchase records remain stored for tax compliance.

6. Revocation of Access

Refunded customers will lose access to all previously downloaded materials. Continued use constitutes a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

7. Disputes

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact to our support team will result in:

  • Permanent account termination

  • Legal action to recover dispute fees

This policy supplements our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
