1. Delivery Method
All products (nursing care plans, templates, etc.) are delivered digitally via:

Instant Download: Accessible immediately after payment confirmation through your account dashboard.

Email Delivery: A secure download link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
2. Access & Download Limits

Three-Attempt Rule: Downloads are limited to three attempts per purchase to prevent unauthorized sharing. Exceeded attempts will trigger account verification.

Expiration: Download links remain active for 30 days. After expiration, contact support for reactivation (subject to verification).
3. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure your email address is accurate and can receive attachments (check spam/junk folders).

Securely store downloaded files. We are not liable for lost data due to device failure or user error.

Do not share download links publicly. Unauthorized redistribution violates our licensing terms (see Terms and Conditions).
4. Support & Issue Resolution

Technical Errors: Report corrupted files or download errors promptly. We will replace files at no cost.

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not offered unless required by law (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive for undelivered goods).
5. Tax Compliance

EU customers: VAT is included in pricing where applicable.

Non-EU customers: Prices exclude taxes. You are responsible for complying with tax laws in your jurisdiction.
