Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Method

All products (nursing care plans, templates, etc.) are delivered digitally via:

Instant Download: Accessible immediately after payment confirmation through your account dashboard.
Email Delivery: A secure download link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

2. Access & Download Limits

Three-Attempt Rule: Downloads are limited to three attempts per purchase to prevent unauthorized sharing. Exceeded attempts will trigger account verification.
Expiration: Download links remain active for 30 days. After expiration, contact support for reactivation (subject to verification).

3. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure your email address is accurate and can receive attachments (check spam/junk folders).
Securely store downloaded files. We are not liable for lost data due to device failure or user error.
Do not share download links publicly. Unauthorized redistribution violates our licensing terms (see Terms and Conditions).

4. Support & Issue Resolution

Failed Delivery: Contact [support@bestpracticenurse.com] within 48 hours if you do not receive your download link. We will verify your purchase and resend the link.
Technical Errors: Report corrupted files or download errors promptly. We will replace files at no cost.
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not offered unless required by law (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive for undelivered goods).

5. Tax Compliance

EU customers: VAT is included in pricing where applicable.
Non-EU customers: Prices exclude taxes. You are responsible for complying with tax laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Data Retention

Purchase records and download activity are stored for 6 years to comply with Irish tax laws and intellectual property protection requirements (see Privacy Policy).

7. Security

Downloads are monitored to prevent misuse (e.g., bulk scraping, unauthorized sharing). Suspicious activity may result in account termination.
Payment and download data are encrypted in compliance with GDPR (see Privacy Policy).

8. Third-Party Processors

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store credit card details.
